IATF 16949:2016 Certification

Maintaining an IATF 16949 certification is important to PTM Corporation. In particular, IATF 16949 was created by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF). The International Automotive Task Force is a group of automotive manufacturers. In short this group’s goal is to provide improved quality products to automotive customers worldwide. Moreover, the IATF 16949:2016 canceled & replaced ISO/TS 16949:2009.

Employee Training

PTM Corporation empowers our employees with the most effective, on-the-job training available.

  • We have certified trainers on staff that are extensively trained to instruct others.

  • The typical training course is one week. Additional value-added training is provided when necessary.

  • The trainee works side-by-side with their instructor on different processes they will encounter during daily activities.

  • Working from a controlled document ensures that each individual trainee receives the same quality-driven training.

  • We incorporate customer visits to gain in-depth knowledge of their expectations.
