Training

PTM Corporation empowers our employees with the most effective, on-the-job training available.
• We have certified trainers on staff that are extensively trained to instruct others.
• The typical training course is one week. Additional value-added training is provided when necessary.
• The trainee works side-by-side with their instructor on different processes they will encounter during daily activities.
• Working from a controlled document ensures that each individual trainee receives the same quality-driven training.
• We incorporate customer visits to gain in-depth knowledge of their expectations.

PTM Corporation is proud to maintain TS16949 certification.
TS 16949 was developed by the International Automotive Task Force (IATF), in cooperation with the International Standards Organization (ISO). The aim of this standard is to provide harmonized quality within the automotive supply chain, resulting in a greater consistency and focus.

Supplier Quality Manual

We at PTM Corporation rely on our suppliers to have the same commitment to quality as we do. PTM Corporation suppliers are required to follow the guidelines set forth in our Supplier Quality Manual. Once PTM Corporation suppliers are approved we work closely with them to ensure they have the latest information available and the necessary documentation to help them produce only the best quality product.
