We have defined an Emergency Response Team of management and associates who are working from their homes with a small group of management who will need to be on our campus to safeguard critical tasks, safety, and security to sustain only that business that is critical and essential. We have made safeguards for those associates that follow the guidelines as outlined by our state government.
The Emergency Response Team formally meets daily via Microsoft Teams to keep current communication fluid and providing us the ability to keep ahead of any needs of our customers, associates, and suppliers.
PTM Corporation and Modified Technologies (MTI) management will continue to support our customer’s correspondence via email, telephone and Microsoft Teams. See Emergency Response Team contact information.
Customers that have critical/essential programs that comply with https://www.cisa.gov/cisa/critical-manufacturing-sector-resources CISA and the State of Michigan rules can contact our Plant Managers or Assistant Plant Managers for assistance. We will review these on a case by case to assure we are compliant within the guidelines set earlier in this paragraph.
Additionally, we have estimators, engineers, designers working from home to support.
We have our Accounting and HR department set up to take care of critical needs for payroll, AR/AP, HR and other functions that need to be maintained.
Our goal is to “Provide exceptional performance and peace of mind to our customers, associates and suppliers always but especially in these challenging times.”
See our Emergency Response Team contact list below which identifies individuals that can assist you during this time.
