PTM provides in-house stamping and fourslide production services, specializing
in the clip, fastener and bracket markets. Our stamping presses range from 60 to 300
ton, with beds up to 60" X 120", and fourslide machines ranging from number ones
to number fours.

Through lean manufacturing we are able to serve the automotive and industrial markets
with competitive short runs while supplying continuous pulls. Manufacturing cells are
configured using custom equipment to minimize lead time. Cellular manufacturing is emphasized
to increase production capacity and to reduce material handling requirements.

high-precision wire EDM department. Our use of the most sophisticated CNC technology
guarantees accuracy, superior surface integrity, repeatability and fast turnaround time.

Our three-axis lasers allow for exceptional precision and accuracy. Expansive work
envelopes are available for very large parts. With laser capabilities, PTM can support
both rapid prototype and production needs.
