In a small garage just north of Detroit in 1968, Charles T. Russell started a small business prototyping clips, clamps and fasteners. In 1976, he acquired the assets of P.T.M Corporation and formed PTM Corporation. Since then it has grown into a complex of 70 acres, consisting of 3 manufacturing facilities. PTM has over 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space, and has become a respected leader in the design, development, and manufacture of engineered fasteners, clips, brackets and assemblies.
